windows 8.1 apps not launching(solved)

if you came here then you have tried all the things like proxies ,screen resolutions and ws reset if that didnt work for you then this surely will work,i am sure of it

so without much bla bla here is the SOLUTION

SOLUTION------

PRESS WindowsKey + X

PRESS Run

Insert the following:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML

Push Enter and it should Work now. - iT did for me
